Welcome to fngtradingco.com. By accessing our website and using our Sustainable Printing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Free Printer Deployment Program
Under our B2B model, FNG provides certified refurbished HP LaserJet printers to eligible Saudi businesses. The printers remain the property of Future Next Gen at all times. Deployment is subject to a paid Eco Inks toner subscription.
2. Eco Inks Subscription
By enrolling in the program, you agree to purchase and use only FNG Eco Inks or Premium compatible toners for the deployed printers. Using third-party generic toners is a violation of the agreement and voids the free maintenance and support service.
3. Maintenance & Support
FNG provides free maintenance, repair, and replacement support for all deployed printers, provided the business is actively using our toners. Maintenance requests are responded to within 48 hours in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Al Madinah.
4. Agreement Duration & Termination
Our B2B agreements are flexible with no restrictive lock-in clauses. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice, upon which FNG will collect the deployed printer equipment.
